Bart J. Birch

Barton J. Birch is a native of Teton Valley, Idaho. He graduated from Idaho State University in 1998 with degrees in economics and political science, before attending The University of Idaho, where he graduated from the School of Law in 2001. After a judicial clerkship and working for a large regional law firm, he opened his practice in Driggs in 2005, where he also was the elected Teton County Prosecutor.Mr. Birch is licensed in Idaho and Wyoming; and he practices primarily in the areas of real estate, probate and estate planning, family law, criminal law, and corporate and LLC work.When he is not practicing law, Bart enjoys the wonderful quality of life afforded in Teton Valley with his wife, Jill, and their three daughters, Madeline, Lily, and Bella.
